JogMe gives you full control over your data. You can delete everything at any time.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account (Firebase Authentication credentials)
- All saved companies and their associated reminders
- All saved vehicles and their associated reminders
- All scanned documents (encrypted files stored on our server and Firestore metadata)
- All reminders
- Your Gmail connection (OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted)
How to delete from the app
- Step 1: Open JogMe on your device.
- Step 2: Go to the Manage tab.
- Step 3: Tap "Delete account".
- Step 4: Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account and all data.
How to delete manually
If you can no longer access the app or your account, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to support@jogme.co.uk from the email address associated with your JogMe account, and we will delete all your data within 30 days.
Disconnect Gmail only
If you want to stop email scanning without deleting your entire account, you have two options:
- Open JogMe, go to the Manage tab, and tap "Disconnect Gmail".
- Revoke JogMe's access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Disconnecting Gmail removes our stored OAuth tokens and stops all email scanning. Your existing reminders and other data will remain intact.
Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including saved companies, vehicles, documents, and reminders — will be irreversibly removed. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
